Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product or refund of the purchase price paid solely at our discretion and provided such defective product is returned to us and upon examination such product is found to be defective.

This warranty shall be void in the event that the product has been subject to misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, modification or tampering.

We reserve the right to change our brochure specifications without notice.

Storage requirements for Orbit Couplings:

1. Avoid exposing the Orbit Couplings to direct sunlight, by storing indoors.
2. Store the Couplings in a plastic bag or box, to avoid dirt or chemicals spilling onto the product whilst in storage.
3. The Store room should have a temperature less than 40 degrees Celsius.
4. Maintain relative humidity above 50% in the store room.

5 years warranty exclusions:

1. High temperature or chemical applications, which will shorten the life span of the product.
2. When the system operating pressure exceeds the rating of the coupling or clamp.
3. Any couplings or clamps manufactured from Cast Iron/Ductile Iron, which will have a warranty period of 1 year.
4. Highly corrosive applications which will shorten the life span of the product.
5. Installing the incorrect model of coupling, causing failure or damage.
6. Normal Wear and Tear
7. Incorrect installation
8. Installing on pipes with high shear forces and high surge pressures.
